By becoming a Captain, you can earn income by leading travelers through your own curated sociological safari. All it takes is your insider knowledge, unique experiences, and a passion for sharing with curious minds from around the world.

We are seeking Captains who meet the following criteria:

• In-depth local knowledge: You have a deep understanding of social dynamics, food, culture, subcultures, professions, or other topics that may be unknown to outsiders, especially in your geographic area.

• Unique skills or exclusive access: Whether it's a rare skill or special access to venues or activities, your offerings stand out.

• Strong communication skills: You can connect with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and make them feel comfortable.

• Accountability: You take responsibility for your guests’ experience and uphold high standards.

• Alignment with Expeditioner’s values: Curiosity, compassion, and courage are at the heart of everything we do.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests, all Captains must go through a verification process. This typically includes interviews, and in some cases, we may send a pilot team to evaluate your tour before it’s listed on our platform.
